I am stepping back from in person bread classes whilst recovering from replacement hip surgery, but you still have the opportunity to make bread with me on line, I will have some exciting news for 2026 !!!
Sue is a baker who is passionate about teaching her students the skills to make beautiful, delicious bread made by hand using the best fresh ingredients. Sue's workshops have thrived over the last 18 years in person to exclusively online for now! Online classes are informal and fun, when your booking is confirmed all the ingredients, instructions and equipment are provided and clear shopping list emailed in advance.
Sue has spent many years perfecting her approach to Sourdough baking in particular and recently has been exploring bread ingredients in depth milling her own flour from specialist grains imagining a future of deliciously nutritious bread in a rich, low carbon food system. Whatever your experience with sourdough, there is always something to learn, join me for a sourdough class or gift one for a friend.

Actively teaching bread making in Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and further afield for over eighteen years, Sue has tutored at select cookery schools, for private groups and one to one classes alongside her own workshops.
