Summer Sourdough Bread Workshops
Sourdough Bread Workshop, on 10th May and 7th June, at The Taste Academy was brilliant, we had small classes of more experienced sourdough bakers, all wishing to learn and try new methods with their sourdoughs, sharing their experiences and continuing the journey to creating successful, flavoursome and nutritious sourdough breads and bakes. What FUN we had !
Easter Breads 2025 was a blast!!!
What a wonderful time we had at these Easter workshops, a delightful and productive time of flour, kneading. dough and glazes. Proof that making bread is a therapeutic and rewarding pastime, as is sharing the produce you make. You cannot rush, but you can breathe and feel the dough as it transforms into soft and pillowy Zesty Hot Cross Buns, Greek Easter Bread with Chocolate and Toasted Almonds, Goat Cheese, Onion and Potato Focaccia - you will now have to wait until Easter 2026 to make yours!!!

Paused for the time being I particularly enjoy organising private bookings, in your own home or at a hired venue, for a bespoke bread making experience in person or online.
These classes are suitable for any level of experience, the range of breads are agreed between us in advance to produce a fantastic selection of breads, children should be accompanied by adults at all times!
