Sizzling September Centerpiece Bread Workshop. Suitable for all skill levels.
Sunday 20th September (1 - 4 p.m.) £30pp.
Late summer colour and the flavours of fresh garden produce are the inspiration for this workshop! I am sure you will love these breads. During this session we will bake a Cherry Tomato, Red Onion and Basil Crown Loaf with mozzarella and a hint of chilli. A delicious Laden Focaccia (big crowd pleaser) with new potatoes, crème frâiche, basil pesto and rosemary, as well as a Quick Pan Flatbread perfect for houmous pairings and picnic wraps
Sourdough Plus Weekend Bread Workshop. Suitable for all skill levels.
Saturday 26th September and Sunday 27th September. £50pp.
A chance to break away from that mighty white sourdough you have been making regularly, this workshop is designed to help you to explore new flavours and textures with your sourdough. Join the campaign for real bread and Sourdough September by treating yourself to this workshop! Day 1 is Making Day from 1 - 4pm and Day 2 is a morning of Baking from 10 - 11.30am.
We will be making a Tomato Sourdough with fennel and nigella seeds, an Olive Rosemary Sourdough, Spelt and Rye Sourdough Crackers and dangerous (!) Sourdough Chocolate Brownies.
Enriched and Sweet Bread Workshop. Suitable for all skill levels.
Tuesday 29th September (1 - 4 p.m.) £30pp.
Treat yourself and the special people in your life to some delicious bread (sharing optional!). In this workshop the focus is on sweet and enriched dough, we will be baking a beautiful Challah Crown Plait Loaf with golden raisins, Chocolate and Orange Swirls with toasted hazelnuts, and a Funky Flowerpot Loaf. No previous experience needed... just a sweet tooth!
Traditional Breads, Rolls and Teacakes. Suitable for all skill levels.
Saturday 10th October (1 - 4 p.m.) £30pp.
This workshop sets you up for a fun afternoon baking a lovely range of beautiful loaves of bread. The theme is traditional breads and will include a batch of Rustic Bread Rolls, impressive High Rise Split Tins and 8 flavoursome Teacakes for toasting later with lashings of butter.
Make Perfect Sourdough Bread (Saturday and Sunday). Suitable for all skill levels.
24th and 25th October. £50pp.
Day 1 Making Day (1 - 4pm)
Today we will cover all aspects of sourdough beginning with making your starter, maintaining, refreshment and storing. Some of this will be used to make a beautiful focaccia and a batch of sourdough pancakes. We will run through the helpful equipment you need (and what you don’t need but yearn to own). You will also make a beautiful sourdough loaf, learning the pull and fold no-knead technique to build up your dough, shaping and storing the dough in readiness for Day 2.
Day 2 Baking Morning (10 - 11.30am)
This morning you will master scoring and baking your beautiful sourdough loaf and pancakes while they bake!
Croissants & Pain Au Chocolat (Wednesday & Thursday). Some Baking Experience Reccomended.

Day 1 (1 - 4pm) we will be making the dough for these beauties, laminated with plenty of butter and rested overnight ready for baking the following morning.
